With 37 years of industry expertise, Jim Haworth has held significant leadership roles across major corporations. He formerly served as CEO for Peak Global Holdings and Big Rock Sports, a large outdoor sporting goods distributor in North America.
Prior to Peak Global Holdings, he served as President and CEO of Outdoor Cap Company, Chairman and CEO of Professional Bull Riders, Executive Vice President and President of Retail Services at Sears Holding Corporation, Chairman, President, and CEO of Chia Tai Enterprises International, and Walmart Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
Today, Jim owns Willow Springs Ranch in NE Oklahoma. The ranch breeds, raises, and trains NCHA and AQHA World Champion performance horses and runs a commercial Angus herd in northeast Oklahoma. Jim holds a B.S.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Central Missouri.
