ADS Medical Services (“ADS”) provided home delivery of medical equipment, testing supplies and pharmaceutical products to a broad cross section of patients, most notably those with diabetes, urological problems and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The Company was formed in 2010 through the acquisitions of the assets of Support Plus Medical and American Diabetes Services. ADS operated as an accredited federally licensed, provider of products for which payment is paid by Medicare Part B and Part D, where deemed medically necessary for the ongoing heath of the patients it serves.
