Peter G. Lehman
Peter Lehman is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Granite Creek Partners, L.L.C., a Chicago-based private asset manager which was founded in 2005 to make investments in the debt, equity and equity derivatives of small businesses. Mr. Lehman also serves on the investment and management committees of KKP Group, LLC, a family-office that oversees a private investment portfolio. On behalf of KKP, Mr. Lehman has overseen the construction of a diversified, equity-focused portfolio while participating in the sourcing and oversight of KKP’s investments, outside advisors and professional staff. In 2000, Mr. Lehman founded, grew and operated one of the most successful teams in professional auto racing history until he subsequently sold the business to an investor group in 2005. From 1998-2000, Mr. Lehman worked for Dakota Capital Partners, where he served as an analyst. Mr. Lehman holds a BS from Northwestern University’s School of Education and Social Policy.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Mr. Lehman serves on the boards of Teach for America-Chicago, the Children’s Inner-City Educational Fund and the New Prospect Foundation, where he serves as chairman of the investment committee. Mr. Lehman is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago.
